You have that non-working watch listed in the Parts and Accessories category which is not covered by the eBay Authentication program.
If you cancel bids on that listing and End it depending on when that happens (like in the last 12 hours of the listing cycle) you may be charged the Seller fees, read about that here on this page: Ending a listing | eBay
A suggestion moving forward is instead of putting "Please read" in the title use PARTS ONLY and you should probably include Non-working.
