Ebay australia
Ebay au is selling items IN USD, many of these items will not ship to Australia.
Why are these items list if they do not ship, I am sure there are others who ponder this as an 'anomalies, ?

The reason why you are seeing items in U.S. dollars is because you are on the Ebay U.S. site.
Sign out of the Ebay U.S. site and sign back into https://www.ebay.com.au/ so you can see items in Australian currency.
