eBay Auhtenticator
A trading card I purchased through a seller has been authenticated with eBay since July 31st. For four days, it has shown “USPS awaiting item†with no update or movement whatsoever. Is this typical that an item that has passed authentication takes this long to be given to USPS for shipping?

Mentor1 year ago@jaredcollects Yes, delays in authenticating or even getting the item shipped do happen.
Your choices are to wait or file a refund request when the item is late arriving. I understand that this is frustrating.
Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
