Ebay assisted merchant to screw me out of $47.87

Question

Ordered a Ram Dodge Sheep head badge for $43.97 they sent me 2 BMW tire valve stem caps worth about a dollar. Complained to Ebay and they said I will get a refund! I did not get refund! Go to my Ebay account and they say that I closed my request. Yeah right! I did no such thing! Can't get to talk to anyone on Ebay I just threw away almost $50.00 bucks!!!!! Going to cancel my PayPal MC and won't be shopping Ebay anymore!

@brnorthorp Did you by chance file a not received refund request by mistake? You would lose that case since tracking shows SOMETHING was delivered.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

It sounds like you did not file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described.
