You have Ground Advantage on some of your listings and I see one listing with Media Mail. I see a number of your Sold items have Media Mail.
You need to double check your Shipping section and make sure you don't have BOTH Ground Advantage and Media Mail as shipping options. What can happen is a Buyer purchases and sees the lower cost Media Mail shipping and selects that even though it does not apply to the item.
For now you will have to ship with the proper service even if it means you eat the cost of a loss on the shipping cost.
If you try the Edit function on your listings you can check to see if more than one shipping service is offered.
