EBAY approved return & refunding buyer using my funds. Can this be reversed due to return issues?
Buyer  requested to return a doll. Buyerreturned a different doll. My doll had a pull hole in the sweater, returned doll did not. Doll had 2 eyes. Doll returned had 1 eye pushed in & rotated in the socket. The other eye was totally missing. Face also had black marks(all over). My doll was very clean with no marks. My doll was completely wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no black near the face or doll. Most of the doll's accessories were missing -Playmates pajama top, 2 pink hair yarns, white lace tights, pink socks and purple pull on slippers & light up necklace 5.00(with price tag on). The initial return request stated that the doll was damaged during delivery. I asked her for pictures of the delivery box so I could contact USPS. She told me she threw the box out, I do not have pictures." I don't know what you want me to do" was her reply. I do not think this buyer is being honest. Pictures of the delivery box should have been provided to me and EBAY. This doll is definitely not the doll I sent her. My dolls are always clean , I wash them ( along with their clothes). This doll was dirty with an odor. Clothes were dirty. The doll's many accessories -(7 total) were not returned. This is not an honest buyer, everything should be returned, Including original doll. This buyer should not be refunded due to sending me a different doll (sweater hole is not in sweater she returned). My pictures clearly show the hole. This is an absolute sign this is not my doll. Also, the fact that my 7 accessories were not retuned is absolutely another reason buyer should not be refunded. I did appeal the return due to these factors. Will EBAY honor appeal & not refund buyer using my funds?. Thanks.
