ebay appeals
A very satisfied ebay buyer for more than 25 years and 1000s of transactions, I have recently had two purchases that have been outright fraud of the seller. Filed my first two complaints with ebay which is a total waste of time. All is automated and the system defaults to "didn't receive the item and is unable to understand the written details of the problem. It is virtually impossible to talk to a live person. Interestingly, ebay has a link for appeals for sellers, but none for buyers. It is obvious they strongly favor sellers! The result is negative, and my loss of over $200.00. It is going to be very difficult to learn another system such as Amazon, but it would be stupid to continue with the high risk of continued losses with ebay. A very sad ending to a once great opportunity for buyers. Be forewarned; you may want to avoid high priced purchases.
