ebay app not working

Question

Hello, My ebay app isn't working. I have deleted and downloaded again several times per google but when signing in it just freezes. This is how I list my items, can someone please help me. Thank you.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

Report the issue to eBay using a browser if you cannot report using the app itself. Try shaking your device while the app is active (even if you are not signed in) and you may be able to submit a report that way.
