Ebay app crashed on checkout over charge
Summary: guitarz* experienced an issue with an eBay transaction where they ended up paying full price for an item due to a technical glitch when accepting a seller's offer. They expressed frustration with eBay's customer support and suggested using alternative platforms like Amazon or Marketplace. comics-scifi-collectibles advised reaching out to the seller for a partial refund and provided detailed steps on how to contact eBay's customer support for assistance.
I got a seller offer and selected accept and the ebay app had latency on the server and page refreshed and I had paid full price were talking only 50$
I see ebay support is horrible and I don't know anyone in my circle that uses ebay at all.
Assuming let it go and pay double as is only 50$
I would recommend to all my friends use Amazon or marketplace. In 29 years as an ebay seller I don't sell anything or buy anything on ebay but needed 1 weird item.
Assuming let it go its only 50$
Pos ebay

Mentor1 month ago@guitarz* The best option is to contact the seller. They can issue a partial refund so that the payment is the correct price.
