Can anyone please explain the laziness of eBay and their application, since they do not post a rebuttal comment on feedback that you reply with on their app? My situation is that someone very clearly posted negative buyer feedback (no justification), to which eBay is doing nothing about. And I post a rebuttal comment to this negative feedback, and get this: it can ONLY be seen when viewed via a web browser. Since a good majority of people use the app to buy and sell on eBay, our rebuttal comments as sellers can not be seen via the app! The eBay rep had the audacity to suggest to me today on the phone to open my browser on my phone and go to eBay that way to see the comment. eBay continues to always favor the buyer, and never the seller!
