Ebay and shipping
Am I the only person frustrated with how all these company's dont want to talk to there customers, im now after more than 10 years a loyal customer on eBay questioning weather ebay is worth it any more. I now seem to have a case of missing deliveries that FedEx keeps saying they delivered my item to a city that I don't live in, they 1st said it was a delivery exception but won't give you any details, I went to a FedEx store but they also caint give you any information and the 800 number is manned by AI now and it can only answer questions it wants to ask. I love ebay but I'm getting tired of this computer run around crap from these shippers
