eBay and seller will not refund my money for items never delivered to my address
I'm a loyal customer, never ran into a issue like this before, I ordered some cast iron pot set from a merchant, 2 weeks later I was wondering when was my order arriving , I never received any notifications , so I looked up my eBay account inbox, and saw I had a FedEx tracking number and I tracked it and there was a picture of a package in front of a house that was not mines, , I called FedEx and they proceeded to tell me the tracking number I received was not my tracking number, so I reported this to the seller , he in box me back saying that the package has been delivered and there is nothing he can do, then all of a sudden I see a Second inbox with a USPS tracking number for the same items and it said it had been delivered to my house 5 days after I purchased the items, it said the item was delivered mailbox , this is a 8pc cast iron pot set , that doesn't fit inside a mailbox and whatever it was , was never in my mailbox, so I called USPS and they asked me certain questions, like what was the address, what was the contents t the package, I gave them this information, and they told me that the merchant didn't put the correct address and that weight of the package under that tracking number was less than a oz , and they told me it's possible that this person is trying to rip me off, how can you have to different tracking numbers from 2 different delivery services for the same item? That both says it's been delivered and has not? I work from home so I'm here most of the entire day and plus I have outside surveillance , no one can come one step into my property without me being notified about it, I reported this issue, and eBay won't help me and the seller keeps ignoring my messages , I tried appealing the decision and they still won't refund me my money , this is just wrong
