ebay always siding with buyer
I need some help from other sellers. Ebay is constantly siding with the buyer when they buyer is not being truthful. I have sold over 1000 items and seem to have the most trouble with inexpensive items bought from buyers. How are you sellers handling this when ebay just automatically allows a buyer a refund or return because they always claim description not accurate, which is not true. HELP!!!

The only course of action is to Report the buyer after you get the item back and use Seller Protections to reduce the refund amount.
If the buyer abuses the eBay MBG in some way then you can report them but it doesn't get your money back:

Sellers have protection for return abuse if they offer FREE RETURN shipping on their listings OR if they are a Top Rated seller and offer 30 days or greater returns. The seller can then reduce the refund amount by up to 50% if the buyer sends a different item or somehow reduces the value of the item.
