eBay always sides with the buyer even when you say no returns
eBay Everytime sides with the buyer even when you have a no return policy . It's not fair to sellers when the item is exactly as described .

inceptions
Mentor2 years agoThe buyer doesn't think the item is exactly as described...or else he is so dissatisfied with it that he doesn't want it. Since you won't willingly take the item back, he is using his only other option to force you to take it back. (If this return is for one of your woodblock prints, there is virtually no description at all. I couldn't even find dimensions on the listing.)
Why don't you want your buyers to be happy with what they purchase from you?
A no-returns policy doesn't really cut down on returns, it just cuts down on your sales (many buyers wouldn't even consider buying from a seller who doesn't stand behind what he sells and wants a happy customer), but it costs you more when you do have to take the item back because you pay for shipping both ways.
