eBay allows counterfeits to remain for sale
Why does eBay allow the sale of counterfeit bullion, especially with regard to US eagles, which are currency and I would think that allowing the sale of these items would be akin to conspiracy to defraud the buyers, since counterfeit currency is a crime?

·1 year agoeBay does not allow the sale of any type of counterfeit item, including bullion or coins. That does not mean sellers never lie about the authenticity of their items. You can return any item you purchase that is not as described, at the seller's cost.
