EBay allowing sellers to rip you off it's so obvious they send half of it keep half
EBay eBay needs better police there sellers that's a bunch of scammers is out there ripping people off simple send half of it keep the other half blame it on the postage for the shipper that way it never gets back to you it shows to Ebay that it's been delivered cuz you got half of it trust me it is not a whole lot you can do about it you can't trust feedback anymore either no one's checking on to see if this correct or not that's why people are posting positive feedback just to get their stuff posted on feedback form but if you read feedback it's really a negative feedback with a negatives are sorted out and never posted so the feedback system is corrupt too

Mentor2 years agoYou do not file an Item Not Received.
The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
