Ebay allowed buyer to receive refund and keep items saying shipping more than item and it wasn't.
Buyer placed item 236311893947 $35. purchase price in buy then wanted Item 236351867827 sent message about combining shipping. She then proceeded to purchase paying $70 for the 2 items plus $33.70 in shipping then requested me to combine and refund the shipping difference to her. I think she has done this to others before as she did not wait for me to send her the new amount to pay. I removed the items from their boxes and combined them into a poly bag and purchased an eBay shipping label for $12.06 and then refunded her $19.64 for the difference. All waist, hips, length given in auction but then requested through you a return. Somehow eBay's mechanisms allowed her to receive a refund, plus keep the item under some rule I have never heard of "auto refund rule" that the items to send back cost more to ship than what they paid. I have tried several times to contact and ask for an agent to receive my money back as this is an eBay mechanical problem. ny one else had this problem?
