Ebay allowed a return. I never received it.

Question

Ebay shows I received on Jan 9 but as of 24 I still do no have it and there is no address on tracking saying where it was delivered. I relisted it and sold it again however the buyer knows the problem. I tried to cancel and refund the second buyer and I have no funds from the second sale on ebay. The funds from the initial sale were sent to my bank weeks ago. I cannot get thru to get a call back for a week and ebay never replied to my reports

This is how refunds work>>

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.

Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.

Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
