Ebay AI is preventing sending a message to seller to request "tracking number" for shipping.
When I click on CONTACT SELLER I am unable to type a message to send to seller. This appears related to a note in message window that says "AI enabled." There is no option to turn off AI.

Mentor4 months agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
