EBAY AI flagged my listing as "Contact Information Sharing Policy"
I put up a listing and it had a link to a 3rd party site user manual. The listing was tagged as "Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy" which it clearly isn't. Now my listing can't be revised, ended, or even appealed in the resolution manager. The simple thing to do would be to revise the listing, edit out the link to the user manual, and then relist it. It's not an option.
End Listing says "End listing failed"
Revise Listing says "You are not allowed to revise ended listings"
Start Appeal always end with "Details invalid" after entering all the details.
I don't sell a lot on EBAY and don't want to re-enter everything again. I've already put over an hour into this.
Am I just out of luck?
