Ebay agent needed
I have a complex problem.. I sold a sodastream so someone and then got a message from Royal Mail that it had been returned to sender by the buyer. But it never arrived back. So neither of us have the sodastream. I am happy to lose the £40 and just refund the buyer but I cannot now see my item as it's more than 90 days. I have gone through the chatbot so many times and it doesnt understand, and there are no articles to help. Does anyone know how I can speak to someone at ebay or email an agent? Thanks!!!
