Ebay agent close the phone on my face.
I registered Ebay Business Seller Account yesterday. I am a nonresident alien engaged in a trade in the United States. So when I filled out the application, I gave Ebay all my LLC information and beneficial owner information. All the information that I gave you is true.
After registration, I got an email saying "Reactivate your account", and then I talked with an agent and uploaded my ID and LLC business bank account documents. The agent told me that I uploaded the right documents but after that, I got a new email saying my account is restricted permanently. I don't understand what the problem is.
I am managing my business from Turkey, so I am logging in to Ebay from Turkey. I already gave you the beneficial owner address as Turkey too when I filled out the registration form. According to my research on the web, Ebay may assume sellers as fake accounts or stolen accounts if they logged in from out of the USA.
I read that I should have used VDS/VPS to use Ebay. But I am always honest to our customers and marketplaces too. I don't have anything to hide from Ebay.
I think I should not change my IP to use Ebay. Because you already gave me the option to fill stakeholders' and beneficial owners' addresses out of USA. By the way, I am a software architect. I am aware of if you give option people to select other countries on a software, the people should have right to select their true residental country.
My business is legal and appropriate to US laws. I am ready to give you any documents or information to validate my account. My LLC has been formed in 2022 and i have an ITIN on IRS. I already done tax filing too last year. I have resale certificates from two states. I have been doing business in US more than one year and wanted to grow my business on Ebay too. Anyway.
When I call Ebay to learn what the problem is, your agent close the phone on my face. You don't have right to do this to people. You should learn how to talk people from other marketplaces.
