eBay account suspended for no reason
Hi! I literally just got an eBay account about two days ago. I wanted to sell my old phone, as I have upgraded to a newer model. I had no problems setting up the listing. I also had already submitted identity verification and banking information. But about an hour afterward, my account was put on hold. I called customer service as instructed by the email sent by eBay informing me about the hold. They told me that they were permanently restricting my account, refused to provide any further details or reasoning in any way, and then hung up on me. What is going on? I genuinely have no idea what I did. At this point I'm tempted to just give up, delete my account, and leave the service for an alternative. Please help!
