eBay account is restricted
Hi Dear,
I have a message in my seller account which is just converted to seller from buyer account.
Following is the message:
"Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted'"
I am getting only general message about restriction, i am new seller.
Just want someone to help me to get access to the account.
