When I click View listings next to the feedback score below your name on this thread, I see the items you have for sale. When I click your feedback score, I see the feedback you've received and left for others.
Your account is not missing. Go to your feedback page and click My eBay at the top right of the page to go to your account.
How long has it been since you accessed your account? Older accounts that have not been used in several years are purged. Yours may be one of them if the account has been inactive.
If you have an email copy of a message from eBay, there will be a link with your user name in it. See if you can get in that way.
I'm having the same problem since yesterday. On the login screen, when I enter my User Name and click Continue, It comes up with "We couldn't find this eBay account." I have to use my email address in order to login. I checked the settings on my account and everything seems fine. If I do a search for my user name, it comes up with all of my listings. So my User Name is ok, Is this another one of those temporary glitches with eBay or have they made some more changes that we are not aware of? I use my account every day.
Found the solution on another post. Seems eBay has made the User Name case sensitive. I have to enter my User Name in all lower case letters for it to accept my login. For 13 years I have been entering my User Name as InfoAndy and never had an issue until yesterday. Why does eBay make these changes and not inform their users?
Someone later in this thread had the answer. Imput your user name without caps. They may want to share that little bit of info with the millions of users someday.
Sounds like a recent change. User names are typically not case sensitive, though passwords are. I just tested it on my own account, and you are correct. The issue is that the user name is now case-sensitive. I've reported the concern to eBay.

OP1 year agoHow do you connect with a real person at eBay? They seem to be insulating themselves from everyone. Do they even have service reps anymore?

I checked with eBay, and there is a high priority open ticket for a fix on this issue under ALERT15929.
