Ebay account?

I got this message the other day.

I could not track anything that I paid 73 dollars for but when I followed the prompts to view my Ebay account, it said I had over 4000 dollar in my Ebay account..? I've tried every way from sunday to contact Ebay, but they have obsfucated themselves to the point where they are uncontactable. Anyone have any ideas?
