eBay A I answer system failed me
How can I reach a live agent to rectify a shipping wrong address problem. A I isn't any help and doesn't understand and gives wrong info. then tells me to go to the bottom of the page and click help/contact, I did this a few times and blocked me from trying again, saying that I'm a Robot WTF any Ideas anyone Thank You, John

If the buyer has an incorrect address that is rejected then you have to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address and relist so they can buy again with the correct address.
This is the only way to correct an address.
An address can not be changed after a package is shipped.
