Wow items not arriving because my address changed? New one placed...Pay now for an item didn't even order....cancelation denied! Wow Ebay? Not like it used too be!!!

Mentor3 years agoBuyers need to keep their SHIP TO address up to date. That is the address sent to the seller when you go to PAY NOW. If the SHIP TO address is incorrect, you can click on the CHANGE link and make the change just before paying. Double check all FIVE addresses:

If the item gets Returned to Sender, you can always offer to pay to reship if you still want the item. If you do not, the seller can refund item price only.
