Question

Why does ebay make it so hard to contact them to resolve an issue. Tried for 3 days to get in contact with ebay. Finally had to contact pay pal and go thru them to get in contact with ebay to resolve my issue. Of being double billed for an item.

I'm so sorry you didn't just come here first. We would have answered your question as well as provided a link to contact eBay.

First of all, I think if you look again, you'll see that one charge is a pending charge which puts a hold on your funds until the approved transaction is posted to your account. Within a few days, the pending charge automatically drops off (it depends on the credit card company how quickly this happens).
