I WON A FREE SHIPPING AUCTION THESE SELLERS SENT ME INVOICE TRYING TO CHARGE $6. SHIPPING. HENCE FREE SHIPPING. THESE SELLERS HAVE DONE IT TO ME AND TO MY WIFE. WHY AM I SPENDING 5 HOURS TALKING TO EBAY? I NEED SOMEONE IN CORPORATE.
I HAVE A NOTEBOOK FULL OF EBAY ISSUES SOMEONE NEEDS TO LISTEN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

You don't need to pay from the seller's invoice.
When you purchase an item, you go through the Ebay checkout page.
If the listing indicated "Free shipping", then you will not be charged shipping on the checkout page.
Not sure why you had to spend 5 hours on this situation.
You may want to rethink buying from sellers located in China, as those transactions are frequently problematic. Also look at a seller's feedback before you purchase from them.

Mentor3 years agoEvery buyer can go to the Ebay checkout page to pay for their item, no seller invoice necessary unless the seller is discounting combined shipping.
