So every time I speak with customer service I get a different answer and a different timeline .. I was told my issues would be resolved days ago and now customer service won't even set up to call me , I can only email ( and I'm sure that will be a pre typed message that doesn't help at all anyway ) How do I actually get some customer service from this buisness? I've over 400 sales in last 90 days and customers overall are happy - I spend thousands of dollars on eBay - what do I have to do to get some help ?

Mentor4 months ago@hal_6854. If you tell us briefly what kind of problem you're contacting eBay about we can tell you what the site policy is or how best to handle the problem.
Agents often say what a member wants to hear so they will get a good rating. Agents can't change site policies even if they say they will.
We can tell you the facts and your rights as a seller.

OP4 months agoI appreciate you responding back , very kind of you but what I've gone through for last 2 weeks with eBay I will never do buisness with there company for the rest of my life ... It's one thing for there system to be a mess but it's another for there employees to be so disrespectful and rude ... SHORTING EBAYS STOCK IS THE MOST COMMON WAY I HEAR THERE NAME BROUGHT UP ANYMORE
