How do I contact ebay by email? I want to write a letter to them. I am underperforming since I dont sell many items ebay is penalizing me and say I am underperforming. they use a percentage scale which goes against. If I am selling 10 items and 5 go to long to ship or out of stock thats 50%. if you only have 6 items and 3 items go wrong 50% bad. If you have 2 items and 1 is not perfect sale again 50% bad.
