Good day, I need your help eBay, so that I can get a full refund of my money in the case ID 5355163812 since the item never reached my hands, according to the message you sent me it says that if the product does not arrive before April 12 you would solve this problem... I will appreciate your help please

If you filed a Refund Request, did you go back to your request to click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you?
