ebay i don't understand why you let a buyer wait with an order paid since january 4th, the seller has never answered, he didn't deliver the item to the person who bought it, they delivered it in another country. ebay has proof that it was not received, the seller won't return the money and to top it off we have to wait until january 16th for ebay to intervene and I can get my money back. because if they already have all the information the seller's only negative feedback is mine. he has nothing else, he is negative, he has no items for sale, the account is empty, do we have to wait so long??, I don't understand, there are cases and there are cases. I need my money as soon as possible, and it is quite a bit of money that I need to buy from another seller. amazon would have already returned my money and I would have had my machine. we are still waiting.
