EBay îs not monitoring its Sellers' following the rules of transactions
I bought a book on eBay on May 24, paying in full on buy it now. For the past several days the item is listed as
awaiting shipment (almost 2 weeks later). EBay's robot tells me I cannot cancel the order as it is too late.
The seller has my money but is unresponsive.
I have tried to call eBay to talk with a representative but I get routed into a maze of robotic nonsense that accomplishes nothing.
