eBay’s horrible support
Does anyone have a way to contact an actual person at eBay? Their automated system doesn’t cover the problem I’m having.

eBay is not taking phone calls during or since the Pandemic.
Whatever phone numbers you find on the web for eBay are fake numbers.

If you decide to receive a call back, make sure your phone will not block the call back
