EBAY’s HELP SYSTEM DOESN’T HELP - I CAN’T CANCEL A RETURN!!! AND NOBODY’S HOME!!!!
I have been trying to cancel a return for two days!!! Hours have been WASTED trying to get through the endless menus to cancel a return. I AM FINALLY ABLE TO GET TO THE POINT OF FINDING A WAY THROUGH THE MAZE AND CLICK ON “CANCEL RETURN†and all I get is a message that says “It isn’t you it’s us, please try againâ€. NOBODY’S HOME AT EBAY. YOU CAN’T REACH A PERSON. MISERABLE AI IMPLEMENTATION SUCKS AND THERE IS NO WAY TO REACH A PERSON.
After years using eBay I am ready to stop using eBay and go with Amazon and screw this app. With Amazon at least they give a **bleep** about their users and have people to deal with and not AI bots.

If you've changed your mind about a case you've opened, and no longer want to return your item, it's easy to cancel your request.
