eBay’s authenticity process is HORRIBLE.
 
 
I buy and sell sports cards and there’s no larger market than eBay.
unfortunately, since theyve started sending cards over $300 asking price automatically for authentication, I’ve been extremely unsatisfied with eBay as a company, not the sellers on their platform.
sellers are shipping the cards safely and securely.
however, once they reach eBay, they go into a flimsy card saver and are wrapped with a card sleeve.
it’s gotten much worse since the New Jersey office was added into the equation.
I have now had over 4 (only have two documented because I really didn’t expect to be this to be a consistent issue) cards totaling over $300 in value and some getting close to $1,000 show up completely outside of their card saver and completely unprotected from damage.
a $600 card even resulted in a softer corner than what was pictured and I was left to deal with that or screw the seller over because of your employees incompetence.
This CANNOT continue. This needs ann immediate resolution.
