·3 years agoGo to your My eBay: Purchase History and click to "Pay now" for the item you won. Make sure you are having it shipped to the proper shipping address and are paying with your intended payment source. (NOTE: if you had to pre-authorize payment when you bid--a new experiment that some buyers have been made guinea pigs on--eBay might or might now process the payment immediately upon the end of the auction; if it does I don't know what notice you get, probably an "Order confirmed" email, if you don't check the Purchase History and the details there to see if it was paid or you have to "Pay now".) Pay attention and make a note of the estimated delivery date you are given when you checkout (and/or in the "Order confirmation" email).
Then the seller is supposed to ship your item to the shipping address within his/her "handling time" for that listing (which might or might not be separately stated on the listing but in any case is figured into the delivery estimate you were given at payment). You most likely will get tracking information when the seller makes your shipping label (but not necessarily). Then you wait patiently for your item. When you get it check it carefully to make sure it is what the description said you were going to get. If you don't get a package by the end of the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid (the last day if it was a range of dates) or if the package you received did not contain the item as described in the listing, come back and give us the details (especially whether the tracking number showed a delivery and whether it is to your zipcode) for further instructions on how to get a refund (your 30 days to start the process starts at actual delivery shown by tracking or the estimated delivery date, whichever is earlier).

If it is an Auction and you win the Auction you pay the invoice for the items so the Seller can ship them to you.
If you do not pay they will not ship.
If you wait too long to pay (4 days) the Seller can cancel the transaction using the reason Buyer hasn't paid and your account will get an Unpaid item strike. They take a year to roll off your account and if you get 2 you will have trouble Buying on eBay.
