earnings report for 2025

I can not generate an earnings report for 2025. The custom tab does not allow me to choose between dates when you try to run the report generator. Is there a way to get a 2025 earnings report?

Hi @uncle_kev

If you mean the NEW Earnings report feature I just ran it on this page: Seller Hub | Earnings | eBay

Here's what I did:

-On the right I used the drop-down menu and selected Custom

-Right below that is the date range setting with starting date selected via a calendar on the left and End date selected on the right. I did Jan 1, 2025 to Dec 31, 2025

It took a few minutes for eBay to generate the CSV formatted report for download.

I have tried to do that 5 times the custom drop down Menu will not allow me to change the dates. I can get the calendar but I can't get the information to go up into The area for the report. I've tried to do it on my computer as well as my phone And I can't get that to work. Thank you very much for responding. I appreciate it. I'll keep working at it. as far as trying to get ahold of eBay, That's impossible for help.

Have you tried it on a different browser on your PC? I know the little left and right arrows that change the months on the little calendars are a pain to work with but at they working on your system?

And yes, trying to speak with anyone at eBay is a real challenge, we've been fighting that battle for a long time.
