If an unrecognized transaction appears in your eBay account, change your eBay password and contact eBay here:

This can happen if someone gains access to your eBay account, or if you follow a fake eBay link in a phishing email and provide your credentials to a scammer, or if you use the same credentials on multiple sites and one site is breached.
If the transaction appears on a credit card statement but not in your eBay account, contact your card issuer directly to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued. This can happen if someone gets your credit card number.
