E-bike not being fixed or replaced but under warranty
I bought a ridstar e-bike for my son that came with a 1 year warranty. I purchased an additional warranty through eBay. There was a controller malfunction and a wire shorted out. I contacted seller and he said I would have to buy a new controller and throttle even though I was within the warranty. Both items arrived and I gotvthem
all connected and there is a different error code. I told the seller and he said he won’t replace e-bike. I bought in May 2025 the issue happened September. It’s now December and he won’t replace. What should I do ?
