E bay Shipping Labels Refund? Lost in transit
I have been using the E bay app to sell some overstocked items, here at the shop, however I hardly use the E bay shipping (labels created), however when I did use the service the package has gotten lost in transit. I am unsure what to do. Should I refund the customer and how do I get refunded from E bay (shipping label)? I don't want my rating to go down for this mishap, I feel as though, I must NOT use the third party shipping from E bay in the future? Any thought? Much appreciated!

If you used an eBay label and it's past the estimated delivery date, the Buyer needs to open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. If you then refund the Buyer from that INR, once eBay can see the package was delivered, eBay will reimburse you.
I have shipped thousands of packages using eBay labels and the USPS has only lost one.

OP2 weeks agoSo just reach out to my buyer and request from him to do a "Not Received" refund request? It's that simple? What about my ratings - will this influence the negativity? I hope not!

As long as it's past the estimated delivery date then yes, ask the Buyer to open that Item Not Received case on eBay. There should be no negative impact to your Account.
