E-bay said they would resolve an attempted return in 48 hours but they have not done that in a week.
I have been waiting for about 6 days so far on a return the seller is refusing so far, ebay said they would deal with this in 48 hours and it's been 6 days. I can't get a human at ebay to deal with this. The computer voice just tells me to look it up. That doesn't help.

Mentor3 years agoWas the return for an item that was not as described? If so and the seller hasn't responded to the return, go back to the return and use the option to ask eBay to step in.
