E-BAY PURCHASES AND RETURNS
Purchased an item on e-bay, item was over a week late in shipping, when item arrived it did not fit according to the info in the seller's description. Tried to return the item and return was rejected by bot the seller and e-bay. Beware, never purchase anything on E-bay!

Members successfully return items they purchased on eBay every day. It sounds like you did not use the correct reason for the return. Your item was "not as described" and that is the reason you should have selected. That overrides any seller's return policy for remorse returns.

OP7 months agoE-Bay description stated it fit a product it was purchased to be used with, It did NOT fit the product it was purchased to be used on, falsely advertised!
