e bay not recognising their own order number
My payment for order eBay O*26-11374-09254 has gone through the bank, but does not show on my orders on e bay and item has not arrived. How do I contact Customer services?
The assistant states that I have to select an item, but My account does not show the item

Mentor2 years agoThe order number is only viewable inside the eBay account that placed that order.
If the order was placed using an account you do not have access to, you will not be able to get any details of the order.
If you are certain you have not authorized that order, contact your bank or card issuer to get more details of the transaction or to dispute it and get a new card number issued.
