e bay item received is not what was purchased
e bay item received is not what was purchased from seller can't get reply from e bay or seller Have been unable to contact the seller or e bay. Does anyone have a good working telephone number or e bay?

OP11 months agoAfter spending hours on the phone trying to contact e bay people and getting hung up on I contacted Pay Pal they will check into things and file for e full refund. E bay want nothing to do with this. They already got their money. I don't Normally file negative feedback on sellers if they are willing to work with me to resolve things, but this guy has no interest in resolving things. He just earned the most nasty and negative feedback possible.

It sounds as if you filed the wrong report.... you filed a Refund Request/item not received instead of a Return Request due to not as described/doesn't match description.
If you have contacted Paypal, Ebay can no longer help you.

Sorry to hear that.
What steps did you take to ask Ebay to help you?
Did you use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee to file the appropriate case ("Return Request")? If so, how did the seller respond to the request? If they did not respond or cooperate, did you go back to the return request to click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you?
As stated, it is a moot point now since you turned to Paypal for help.

OP11 months agoOnce they said the package was delivered, e bay was out of it Every time I contacted them (which is a feat in itself) they came back with the package was delivered. Their money back guarantee is a joke they find ways out getting out it and not paying. It seems like once they have your money they do not care any more. The seller never really responded to anything. What few replies I did receive took many notes sent to the seller from me. Once the seller and e bay got their money, they do not care about anyone else. I do business with dozens of sellers and have no problems, but they are conscientious, courteous sellers that appreciate my business, which they get on a regular basis something this seller will never see.

OP11 months agoI have already tried all of this e bay and the seller want nothing to do with it bay shows there was a pack delivered and that is it
