e-Bay fee with a combined shipping

Question

How does eBay calculate fees if I sell a few items using combined shipping? Usually, they calculate from the combined item price, shipping price, and tax. In reality, it becomes not 13 or 14%, but 25 or 27% depending on the shipping price. Thanks.

The Final Value Fee % is the same no matter what the combined item price is or whether the total includes one item or twenty. But if the buyer adds the items to his cart and waits to make a single payment, you pay one $0.40 processing fee versus a processing fee for each individual transaction if paid for separately.
