Mentor3 years agoIn the UK, sign out of ebay.com and sign back in to ebay.co.uk. Go to the Help & Contact page, use the "Contact us" link.
You should either follow the prompts for your issue until you get to a page where you can use the chat assistant to request an agent, or if you are immediately sent to the chat assistant you may need to enter some keywords regarding your particular issue into the chat window to get to the link to request a call back. Typing "agent" into the chat should get you started.
