Hi everyone,
I recently sold a David Yurman bracelet, but it was just rejected by the eBay Authentication team and is being sent back to me. The reason they gave was "I verified that your item is authentic. However, the item's condition doesn't match the listing description. Issues found during inspection include:

I want to figure out what triggered the rejection so I can relist it correctly.

For those who have experience with the jewelry authentication program, what are the most common (and minor) reasons an item gets sent back for a listing mismatch? Could it be a slight measurement difference, a specific keyword I used, or a missing detail about the pouch/box?
Any advice on how to safely relist this would be greatly appreciated!

Mentor1 month agoThe only gemstone mentioned in the description is Black Onyx, so it sounds like the authenticator believes the stones are NOT Black Onyx. Take the bracelet to a jeweler and find out what the gemstones are and then change the listing.
